Policies

• Deposit: We will hold your reservation. A deposit of 50% of the stay is required payable by check. (Please make check payable to Cedar Hill Getaway and send to 1891 Wards Fork Mill Rd., Cullen, VA 23934.)
• Clean-up Fee: Guests are responsible for removal of all trash from property and cabin. A deposit of $100.00 is required for a clean-up fee to be returned at checkout.
• Cancellation Policy: Deposits refunded if we are notified no less than 60 days prior to the dates reserved. A 50% refund of deposit will be provided if notified between 60 and 30 days. Refund not available within 30 days of reservation.
• Capacity: The Cabin normally accommodates a maximum of 6 persons.
• Length of Stay: 2-night minimum-stay required for regular rates weekdays and on all non-holiday weekends. 1-night weekday stay $200.00. Hunting season rates are higher. See the above Hunting Package chart above for details. 
• Holiday Stays: 3-night minimum-stay required on certain holiday weekends
• Children: Well-mannered children are welcome at Cedar Hill Getaway. We expect parents to monitor their children at all times and to correct their children if they become unruly or abusive of property. In addition, parents should understand that children need to be supervised both outdoors and indoors, as the unfamiliar environment may present dangers not present at home.
• Laundry Facilities: Washer and dryer will be available for guests.
• NO SMOKING PERMITTED INSIDE CABIN
• Check-in time: 4 p.m. - 7 p.m. Earlier check-in available if not occupied the night before. Later self-check-in available upon request.

• Pots, pans and assorted cooking utensils
• Stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster
• Assorted other kitchen and dining accessories
• Salt, pepper, common spices, sugar and complimentary starter supply of coffee and tea bags
• Coffee filters, paper towels and trash bags
• Washer and Dryer
• Propane barbecue grill & tools
• Gas Log fireplace 
• Change of linens provided for stays over 3 days
• Den with sofas and satellite TV
• Plenty of parking
• Stocked pond for fishing
• 104 acres all to yourself (Hunting packages available)
• ATV available upon request for a fee

Rules and Regulations

• Pets are only allowed outside
• No Smoking Inside Cabin
• Property and cabin need to be left in the same condition as found.  All trash must be removed from property and cabin.
• You are responsible for any damages that may occur during your stay and will be charged accordingly.
